Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan to open trading houses to strengthen economic cooperation
The deal was reached during discussions between Kyrgyz Economy and Commerce Minister Bakyt Sydykov and acting Afghan Commerce and Industry Minister Nooruddin Azizi, who is visiting Bishkek.
Sydykov noted, "the visit of the Afghan delegation represents an important step toward further deepening bilateral cooperation."
Officials from Kyrgyzstan expressed interest in exploring new areas of collaboration in promising economic sectors and shared details about ongoing reforms and the considerable potential for increasing trade between the two nations.
Azizi emphasized, "the prospects for expanding bilateral cooperation, particularly in the trade, economic and investment fields."
